Philips Hue Remote Setup
You can turn on the lights in a certain room of your home to a dimmed state when you press the on button three times or set all the rooms connected to your dimmer switch to turn off when you tap the off button once.
Philips hue remote setup. Go to your philips hue bridge and press the center sync button. Tap the light bulb icon on the bottom left corner. To start open up the philips hue app on your smartphone and tap on the settings gear icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Open the hue app and navigate to settings accessory setup and tap your dimmer switch to customize what each button does on one or more presses. When your bridge has been found tap set up. Any rooms that have previously been set up can be seen.
The app will begin searching for nearby hue bridges. Tap the activity you want to add philips hue control to. The hue white and color starter kit comes with three bulbs while the hue white starter kit comes with two bulbs.
By logging in to the philips hue app with your philips hue account you can use the philips hue bridge to control your lights while you re away from home and set up location based triggers to turn on the lights when you arrive and turn them off when you leave. Tap on the round plus button in the bottom right corner. Tap to open the philips hue app.

Customize your hue bulb settings to the brightness and temperature you want by sliding the brightness and temperature bars. Launch the hue app.
