I worked in philips innovation campus close to 5 years in a amanagerial role. There is a lot of growth if you are keen to get some trainings you get easy approvals are motivated to go learn. 1 work life balance is pretty good 2 leaves policy is lenient which includes unlimited sick leaves but conditions applied and proofs needs to be submitted for long term sick leave.
It was a fentastic experience working with one of the cutting edge technology group with very challenging work and great culture. Philips culture it s all about people. It is not just a brand i m working for also the culture i m working in is very close to my heart.
